The government of India has requested for a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) towards the cost of the construction works for widening the existing two lanes to 4/6 lanes of the National Highways.
Assumptions:
I. IBRD will provide the loan to the government of India.
II. The number of vehicles is increasing in India.

The government is thinking that IBRD will give the loan, that is why they have applied for it.

  2. INVALID: Not directly related to the statement. It may look like a desired outcome, but there is no proof of it in the statement.
