Answer: (c)

If the third number is 100, then the numbers are $100 + 25/2 = 225/2$ and 125 respectively.

First number as a percentage of the second = $225/{2×125}×100$ = 90

Using Rule 30,

If two numbers are respectively x% and y% more than a third number the first as a per cent of second is ${100 + x}/{100 + y}$ ×100%
