Answer: (a)

First the author says that whenever he watches, India lose a wicket. Then he declares that “so” he will not see the next crucial match. The assumption here obviously is that if he doesn’t watch the match India will not lose wickets. In other words, his coming to watch is one cause of India losing a wicket. II is uncertain. No hint is made on winning or losing.
