Below in each question are given two statements (A) and (B). These statements may be either independent causes or may be effects of independent causes. One of these statements may be the effect of the other statement.

The government has decided to make all the information related to primary education available to the general public.
Statements (B):
In the past, the general public did not have access to all these information related to primary education available with the government.
