  1. be at least 30 years and not more than 35 years as on 1.3.2012.
  2. have scored at least 60 per cent marks in graduation in any discipline.

  2. (iv), but has post-qualification work experience of at least four years, out of which at least two years as Deputy Manager - HR, the case is to be referred to President - HR.
