Following are the conditions for selecting Assistant General Manager - HR in an organization.

The candidate must

  1. be at least 40 years and not more than 50 years old as on 1.5.2010.
  2. be postgraduate in Personnel Management/HR with at least 60 percent marks.
  3. have post-qualification work experience of at least fifteen years out of which at least five years as Senior Manager-HR in an organisation.
  4. have successfully implemented HR-System in his/her organisation some time during the past three years.
  5. have secured at least 45 percent marks in the selection process.

In the case of a candidate who satisfies all the conditions:

  1. at (ii) above, but has secured at least 50 percent marks in postgraduation and at least 65 percent marks in the selection process, the case is to be referred to Executive Director.
  2. at (iii) above but has at least twelve years post-qualification work experience out of which at least eight years as Senior Manager-HR in an organisation, the case is to be referred to Chairman.
