Type 4: Direct or Simple Analogy questions based problems on Analogy,

In this type of Analogy, two words are given which are related to each other in a particular manner and another word is given followed by four alternatives. Firstly the candidate is required to indentify the relationship between the first two words. Then, the candidates are required to pick that word from the alternatives which bears exactly same relationship to the third word, as the first two bear.

Hint. (A) The term ‘Melt’ is associated with ‘Liquid’ because after melting the ice, we obtain liquid. Similarly, the state of ‘Water’ after freezing is ‘Ice’.
