Using Rule 1,
= $[{13/4} ÷ ({5/4} - 1/2({5/2} - {3 - 2}/12))] ÷ {13/6}$
= $[{13/4} ÷ ({5/4} - 1/2({5/2} - 1/12))] ÷ {13/6}$
= $[{13/4} ÷ ({5/4} - 1/2({30 - 1}/12))] ÷ {13/6}$
= $[{13/4} ÷ ({5/4} - 1/2 × 29/12)] ÷ {13/6}$
= $[{13/4} ÷ ({30 - 29}/24)] ÷ {13/6}$
= $[{13/4} ÷ {1/24}] ÷ {13/6}$
$[{13/4} × 24] ÷ {13/6}$
= $13 × 6 × 6/13 = 36$

= ${31/12}/{{650 - 645}/30} - 5/2$
= $31/12 × 30/5 - 5/2$

= ${1/3}/{{1/3} ÷ {1/9}} - 1/9 = {1/3}/{1/3 × 9} - 1/9$
= ${1/3}/3 - 1/9 = 1/9 - 1/9 = 0$
